Do you sell cars?
Yes we do. We hold lien sales every first and third Thursday of the month ‘dates subject to change’. The gates open at 9:00 am for viewing and the auction starts promptly at 10:00 am.
You must be inside the gates prior to 10:00 am to participate. Anyone attending the lien sales must have a valid photo driver license, no exceptions. Click here to view our upcoming lien sales.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa and Discover. We do not accept checks for towing services.
Do you bill insurance companies or other road side services?
No, we do not bill any companies for our services. All services are to be paid for in full at the time of service.
I'm an Auto Club Member needing service, who do I call?
Please call Auto Club directly at (800)400-4222. They will verify your membership, take all relevant information pertaining to your request for service, and then send the call to us for dispatch.
Are you open on weekends?
Although we provide towing service 24 hours per day 7 days a week, our office is closed on weekends and most major holidays. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
If you need to pick up your vehicle or retrieve personal belongings outside of our normal office hours there is a $125.00 After Hours Fee. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle in question and have a valid photo ID as well as registration for the vehicle proving you are the owner.
